Ultegra (2005)

ULTEGRA has been redesigned completely to appeal to a wide range of cyclists. In this new design, extra attention has been paid to increased ergonomics. Specifically the Dual Control lever the same style as the ST-7800 which achieves a smooth and effortless operation due to its ergonomic design. The front derailleur rigidity is increased by 20% compared to the previous model. The HOLLOWTECH II crankset improves rigidity and efficiency while reducing weight. Overall new ULTEGRA 10-speed is lighter than previous 9-speed model. New ULTEGRA will be available in a in a double and triple front chainring version.
